2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only what's needed to run the Continuum Circle and fulfil your orders:
• Identity & contact data — name, email address, delivery address, phone number if provided.
• Order data — what you've purchased, order history, quantities.
• Payment data — processed directly by Wix Payments; we do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.
• Account data — your login details (your password is encrypted and never visible to us), membership status, and any invitations sent or received.
• Communication data — messages you send us directly, including any feedback you choose to share through a questionnaire or trial.
We do not collect more than this, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
3. Why We Process Your Data
• To create and manage your membership account — necessary to provide the service you've signed up for.
• To process, confirm, and deliver your orders, including payment and shipping.
• To send essential account and order-related communications.
• To send Circle updates — new season announcements and membership information — based on the consent given when you join (see Section 4).
• To send the Continuum newsletter, if you've separately opted in.
• To invite you to questionnaires, feedback requests, or product testing phases, if you've separately opted in.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting record-keeping.
• To protect the security of our website and prevent fraud.
4. Your Consent Choices
Membership registration asks for consent separately for each of the following, so you control exactly what you hear from us:
Circle updates (required for membership)
New season announcements, batch availability, and essential information about your membership. This is part of what membership means, and stays in place while you remain a member.
Newsletter (optional)
Occasional emails on the science, thinking, and ideas behind Continuum, for members who want to go deeper. Unsubscribe at any time, with no effect on your membership.
Questionnaires & product testing (optional)
Occasional invitations to share feedback, complete a short questionnaire, or take part in testing a future formula or product. Always an invitation, never a requirement, and always declinable without consequence.
You can change any of these preferences, other than required Circle updates, at any time in your account settings or by contacting us directly.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell your personal data, to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Service Providers Who Process Data On Our Behalf
A small number of trusted providers process data strictly to help deliver the service you've signed up for — never for a purpose of their own:
• Wix.com — our website, hosting, membership system, and Wix Payments for secure payment processing.
• Shipping carriers — your delivery address, solely to deliver your order.
Each provider is bound by its own data protection obligations and may not use your data beyond what we've instructed.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your account and order data for as long as you remain a member, and afterward only for the period required by Spanish tax and accounting law (currently [X years] for invoicing records). If you cancel your membership, we delete or anonymise your personal account data within 30 days, except for the minimum information legally required for accounting purposes.
