These terms govern purchases made through continuumskincare.com, operated by Continuum Skin Science SL, a company registered in Spain [registered address / CIF to be inserted]. You can contact us at [contact email].

Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made by members through the Continuum Circle shop. By creating an account and placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

Membership & the Continuum Circle

Purchasing from Continuum is only available to registered and approved members. Membership requests are reviewed individually; Continuum reserves the right to approve or decline any request at its discretion, consistent with the invitation-based nature of the Continuum Circle. On registration, you must provide accurate personal details, agree to be contacted regarding new batch announcements, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Products & Availability

Continuum is produced in small, limited seasonal batches, released approximately every three months. Availability is limited to the size of the current batch. Approved members are entitled to purchase up to 3 bottles per season, from either the current batch, if not yet fully allocated, or the following season's release. If you are approved as a member after a season's batch has sold out, your entitlement carries forward automatically to the next release — no separate reservation or waitlist action is required. Continuum does not offer sale outside this membership structure.

Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros and include Spanish VAT at the applicable rate (currently 21%). As of 15.09.2026, the price is €150.00 per bottle (€123.97 plus 21% VAT). Delivery within the European Union starts from €12.10 (€10.00 plus 21% VAT, also included in the price shown); the exact delivery charge depends on the destination country and is always shown at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery charges may vary by destination and may change over time in line with pricing changes made by our shipping providers. Continuum may also change the price of the product itself for future seasons; the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments at the time of order. We do not store your full card details.

Order Process & Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which Continuum may accept or decline — for example, if a batch sells out before your order can be processed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, followed by a separate email confirming dispatch. A contract of sale is formed only once the dispatch confirmation is sent.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 4 business days of being placed, except that no order is dispatched earlier than one week before the official launch date of that season. Orders placed before that window opens are held and dispatched once it opens, within the 4-business-day standard from that point. Delivery is currently available within the European Union only.

Data Protection

Continuum processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please see detailed information on our separate section. By registering as a member, you consent to being contacted regarding new batch announcements and Circle communications; you may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your ability to remain a member or place orders, except where such communications are necessary to fulfil an order already placed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Continuum name and logo, product photography, written content, the BioContinuum approach, and all related trademarks — is the property of Continuum Skin Science SL or its licensors. The Continuum word mark is the subject of a pending EU trademark application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Liability & Cosmetic-Use Disclaimer

Continuum is a cosmetic product, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. As with any cosmetic product, individual results vary; we recommend a patch test before first use. If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continuum Skin Science SL's liability in connection with your order is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the EU Product Liability Directive.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, which these Terms do not affect.

Changes to These Terms

Continuum may update these Terms from time to time, to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always published on this page, with its effective date.
